Infamous bad recalls in the history pointed to the poor quality of wireharness
    A
    1) TWA 800, a Boeing 747-100 which exploded and crashed into the Atlantic Ocean near East Moriches, New York, on July 17, 1996, at about 8:31 p.m. EDT, 12 minutes after takeoff from John F. Kennedy International Airport on a scheduled international passenger flight to Rome, with a stopover in Paris. All 230 people on board were killed in the third-deadliest aviation accident in U.S. territory.
The investigation concluded that the probable cause of the accident was an explosion of flammable fuel/air vapors in a fuel tank, and although it could not be determined with certainty, the most likely cause of the explosion was a short circuit.

    2) Copa Airlines Flight 201 was a regularly scheduled passenger flight from Tocumen International Airport in Panama City, Panama to Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport in Cali, Colombia. On 6 June 1992, the Boeing 737-204 Advanced operating the route flipped, disintegrated in mid-air, and crashed into the Darien Gap 29 minutes after takeoff, killing all 47 people on board. The in-flight break-up was caused by faulty instrument readings and several other contributing factors, including incomplete training.
The trouble was later traced to a faulty wiring harness in the Attitude indicator (AI) instruments that were fractured due to damage by over-stress, which caused an intermittent short circuit. As a consequence, the indicator led Capt. Chial to believe he was banking left, thereby prompting him to bank right. This reaction rolled the aircraft to almost 80 degrees and caused it to go into a steep dive, with no chance for recovery.

    3) The largest of the recalls announced by 15th May, 2014 by GM involves break lamp wiring corrosion affecting 2.4 million previous generation cars. GM said the defect could result in brake lamp failures as well as disable cruise control, traction control, electronic stability control and panic braking assist operations where applicable.

    4) Microsoft recalled thousands Of Surface pro power cables due to overheating concerns

5)between 1992 and 1996, virtually ALL Mercedes-Benz produced, from the cheapest to the opulent, were equipped with certain engine wiring components that disintegrate over time. The wiring insulation under the hood cracks and falls apart. It doesn't matter how well the cars were maintained, driven little or alot, the insulation in the engine wiring harness will crack and eventually turn into dust over time. There is no way of stopping this from happening, for the wire insulators were built purposefully with "green" materials that crumble. Bare spots on wires start shorting, and strange things begin to happen.

Wire Harness and Cable Assembly Industrial Standards
    A
Electronics: IPC-A-620, UL486A (for terminal and copper conductors only), UL486C (for Butt Splices, Parallel Splices, Close-end connectors, and wire nuts, UL310 (for quick disconnects, flag and couplers), DIN41611-4 (solderless electrical connections; clip connections, terminology)
Automotive: SAE/USCAR-21 (performance specificiation for cable-to-terminal electrical crimps)
Aerospace: NASA STD 8739.4 (crimping, interconnecting cables, harnesses and wiring)
Military: MIL-T-7829G (terminals, lug; splices, conductor, copper, general specification for military), SAE AS 7928A-2008, MIL-STD-704 (aircraft electri power characteristics)
    Test: EIA-364-38, EIA-364-08

    What is wiring?
    A
Wiring is deployed to transfer signal and electricity of a electric system, like nerve and blood vessel of human body, we will be either ill or dead without a well functional system of circulatory and nervous systems.
Nervous system is composed of central nerve, Cranial nerves, autonomic nerves....; blood vessels refer to arteries, veins, capillary.
Wiring, classified by applications, such as automotive, medical, AV, surveillance, ITS, militay, IPC, waterproof, optical, robot, automatic control, inner cable, outer cable, weathe, tool machine, servo motor....etc, and classified by function, such as hi-frequency, lo-frequency, hi-voltage, AC, DC......etc.
How does the product consist? It is built up by connectors mainly, cables, hook-up wire, terminal and accessories. Some of them are simple and small.
Connectors decide the cable specdue to mechanical design and special requests such as waterproof, mechanial intensity, oil proof, heat resistance.  NBS could make recommendations or follow customers' requests to pick the most suitable connectors and wires in various of packages for all of your needs.
